This is a giant marine sinkhole off the coast of Belize which lies near the center of Lighthouse Reef.
This is is approximately 140 meters deep. Not only should you experience it underwater, but you should go up in a Helicopter and see it from a Top view.
The Barrier Reef
The Belize Barrier Reef is a series of coral reefs straddling the coast of Belize.
This is approximately 30 meters deep. If you are lucky, you will definitely see white spotted toad fish, tiny tropical fish, reef sharks and turtles down there.
The Atolls
An atoll is a ring-shaped island formed of coral that surrounds a lagoon.
This is approximately 1000 meters deep. Experienced divers are recommended here. You will see shallow coral gardens, towering coral and vertical walls beneath.
Ambergris Caye
This is the largest island of Belize, located northeast of the country's mainland, in the Caribbean Sea.
This is not too deep. You will see beautiful fish, coral formations and reef sharks and turtles down there.
Shark Ray Alley
This is a Lovely spot in the Hol Chan Marine Reserve with warm weather and crystal clear water.
This is for non experienced divers, you can go down even grabbing your snorkel. You will find nurse sharks and stingrays for amazing photo opportunities.
Gladden Spit Marine Reserve
This is a protected marine reserve in the central part of Belize's Barrier Reef which covers approximately 25,980 acres off the coast.
This is approximately 40 meters deep. The only place to dive, with whale sharks. Best season to meet sharks here is from March to July.
Hol Chan Marine Reserve
This is the oldest marine reserve in Belize located off the southern tip of Ambergris Caye.
This is approximately 10 meters deep. Best to see tropical fish, blacktip sharks, dolphins, and three different species of sea turtles.
Caye Caulker
This is a small limestone coral island off the coast of Belize in the Caribbean Sea.
Best for intermediate level divers. You will meet large fish species and dolphins down there around you for capturing memorable pictures.
